Lego Game Design Live brief with Arthur Parsons

BA Games Design students at Uclan began a new live brief this week designing Lego game characters and level concepts with Games Design Director, Arthur Parsons from award winning company, Travellers Tales Ltd
It's always a brilliantly interesting day for the students when Arthur visits the course and this was no exception. He began the day with a lecture about experience in the industry and some general guidelines about working as a games designer and went on to chat with the students, look at their work and answer questions.
The students began work on a Lego design brief which they will present to Arthur in the coming weeks.

PSP Games that look and play better on PS Vita

This is my personal opinion from the games I played on my PS Vita.
Those are the games that look much better on the OLED screen of the Vita and also work great with the second analog stick.
Of course more games could have been there but I will let this to you. ;)

MA Games Design Show at Uclan 2013

MA Games Design students demonstrated a variety
of skills in their Show which opened at Uclan on Friday 11th Jan 2013
and is running for a week.

Families flocked round the students to learn more about their ideas
and the games they have made.
